Return Policy

Products that are unopened or in resalable condition may be returned for a full refund.

Buyer Error: If the return is due to an ordering error on the buyer’s side, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipper Error or Damage: If the incorrect item was shipped, or the product was damaged in transit, PhosLocker (the shipper) will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) label at no cost.

At PhosLocker’s discretion, the buyer may be instructed to dispose of the product rather than return it for a refund.

Refund Policy

If the return is due to buyer error, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Buyers are encouraged to contact PhosLocker to discuss the reason for return; the restocking fee may be waived depending on circumstances.

If the return results from PhosLocker’s or the shipper’s error, a full refund will be issued promptly.
